Beauty Portrait: Sabrina
This was inspired by a photo presented to me by a client. This is actually the second illustration - the changes being that I changed the background from blue to grey and added sparkles or sparkle-like effects to it. The sparkle effect is meant to give a showering effect and was added to her head piece to a little bling. This illustration was created in Photoshop.

Beauty Portrait: Madame Butterfly
This is another favorite. I was inspired by another editorial and I thought it would be interesting to add other mediums to this illustration. The butterflies are vintage lithos that I distressed in Photoshop, but also to make it appear that they are actually incorporated in her hair. Her are made with layers of several shades of yellow and gold. I think she is incredible! This illustration was created in Photoshop.

Beauty Portrait: Eva
This is one of my most recent illustrations. I really had a lot of fun using the paint brushes in Photoshop and getting more acquainted with the Wacom tablet. I wanted this illustration to have minimual color, while using layers of black and grey to draw attention to her eyes and angular features. This illustration was created in Photoshop.

Beauty Portrait: Sway
I many favorites and this is one of them! I really like how the color is layered and the direction of the color gave the illustration movement, as if she is swaying. I really like color blocking and applied it to this illustration. This was sketched in Sketchbook Pro and color was applied in Photoshop.

Beauty Portrait: Red Hot
This was really fun to do - I was inspired by an editorial in a Russian Vogue issue. I wanted bold color with a painterly effect - which most of my work is turning out to be. The sketch was done in Sketchbook Pro, and then adding color and effects in Photoshop.

Beauty Portrait: Gatsby Inspired
This is a beauty Illo that was inspired somewhat of the 30's and editorial that I saw. I love pattern design and wanted to incorporate that into the illustration. I created the pattern in Illustrator and then applied it to the her clothing in Photoshop along with some distressing effects. This illustration was sketched in Sketchbook Pro and then finished in Photoshop.
